    Ta' Mena Agri Limited (Ramla Valley), Gozo This barrel fermented Chardonnay is full bodied with hints of tropical fruit and vanilla. The soft oak taste character renders this wine to be considered as a white wine with a red wine structure.

  • JUEL' VERMENTINO

    Ta' Mena Agri Limited (San Raflu Valley), Gozo It presents a typical Gozitan character due to its island effect presenting traces of salt. It is pleasant on the palate thanks to a nice acidity and refreshing flavours with a good after-taste structure.

  • ARIS' CHARDONNAY Ta' Mena Agri Limited, Gozo

    It presents a typical full bodied Mediterranean character with a very good after taste structure. The ‘Island Effect‘ characterised with traces of sea-salt is very present in this white wine.

    This fuller flavoured, dry white wine is made from the designer grape Viognier. It is an unoaked, delightfully fresh wine with an appealing floral and peachy nose. It is ripe in the mouth, yet has famously opulent apricot flavours to offer; all blossom-scented with exotic fruits.

    Grapes grown, harvested and bottled at the Estate. Fresh, tropical fruit flavours.

  • Tanit - Vermentino - Massar Winery (Gozo)

    Cherry, cinnamon, caramel and liquorish accompanied with some strong tannins due to barrel ageing with a nice walnut finish. Expect strong tart flavour.

  • BLANC DE CHEVAL - Chardonnay Marsovin Winery (Gozo)

    This medium bodied white wine has distinct fruity aromas of citrus and apples bursting into zesty fruity flavours on the palette and ending with a pleasant lingering finish. It is excellent on its own or as an accompaniment to most fish, prawn and shellfish dishes.

    Medium intensity, with aromas of citrus lemon-lime, smoky gunflint minerality, gooseberries. Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of citrus lemon- lime, gooseberries, grapefruit, gunpowder, smoky flinty minerality. Long finish.

  • White Sancerre AOC Michel Girard (Loire)

    Pale gold color, limpid and brilliant. Powerful nose, very strong aromatic nervousness asking to grow over the months. Fruity aromas, citrus fruits. Nice balance. Very long in the mouth. Very good evolution over the months. Goes well with fish, shellfish, or the famous goat cheese.

  • CHABLIS Ropiteau (Burgundy)

    Very pure nose that is typical of Chablis (white flowers, flint) opening up to a palate that boasts an elegant combination of almond notes and lovely vivacity. Keep it classic with this Chablis!     Concentrated and elegant, Valle Reale's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo combines bright fruit with delicate aromas of white flowers and flint (an aroma encouraged by the old- fashioned pied-de-cuve technique).

  • PINOT GRIGIO D.O.C. Borgo Molino (Trentino Alto Adige)

    When Used to create a white wine it is straw‐yelow with a pleasing wildflower scent; excellent balance on the palate. A wonderful accompaniment for fish dishes and soups.

  • VETTE Sauvignon Blanc - TENUTA DI SAN LEONARDO'

    Straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. This wine has an aromatic fragrance with typical hints of white peach, green peppercorn over a pleasing note of sage. The palate is dry, enjoyably acidulous, full-bodied, with great mineral complexity and polish.

    The colour is bright, straw yellow with greenish hints. It’s appreciated with all sort of apéritifs; it matches well with delicate flavors, delicate Parma ham, pasta or rice with vegetables ragout, as well raw fish in “carpaccio way” or gentle cooked with fresh aromatic herbs.

    Elegant pale yellow color with greeny brights. Its aromas are reminiscent of citric fruits as lime and grapefruit, along with fresh notes of recently cut grass. Great mineral character. In the mouth it shows young, fresh, with aromatic aftertaste and vivacious acidity.

    Cheval Franc is Marsovin's Thoroughbred and is produced from the Cabernet Franc grape variety. This wine is medium bodied with peppery and herbaceous aromas that are typical characteristics of the Cabernet Franc grape variety.

    Antonin is a medium bodied red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varieties. Full fruit flavours of ripe blackberries, cherries and blueberries make this wine very enjoyable in its youth while the backbone and structure provide it with ample ageing potential.

  • MARNISI (Marsovin Winery, Malta)

    Marnisi is a Single Estate Selection wine harvested from the Marsovin vineyards in Marsaxlokk bearing the same name. It is a blend of four noble grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It is a full-bodied complex red wine of great character with a strong Mediterranean terroir.

    The Collection of Grand Maitre Wines comes from the private single estate, Ghajn Rihana, with the fruit of each vintage being dedicated to one of the noble Grand Masters of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc generally produces very concentrated, full bodied wines of an intense, fruity, aromatic character.     This full-bodied, yet elegant, soave-velvety red wine is made entirely from ripe, concentrated Merlot grapes grown in pocket sized Maltese vineyards. The wine is thenmatured for one year in French oak barrels in the Delicata cellars.

  • Chateau La Bonnelle' Grand Cru, Saint Emilion

    A delicate and balanced wine. Never overpowering with soft red and purple fruits enriched with subtle tannins. Generally needing 2 to 3 years in bottle to start showing it’s best. In the better vintages our wine will peak at around 7 to 10 years. Good with most light to medium flavoured food including Oriental.

  • Château La Serre, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé

    Perched on the limestone heights of Saint-Emilion, within 200 metres of the town’s moat and ancient walls, this little-known jewel of a property produces a wine which defines Saint-Emilion at its best. There are less than 16 acres in production, the vines averaging about 35 years of age. In 2015 the blend again reflects how the vineyard is planted. 80% Merlot with 20% Cabernet Franc and the wine is now ageing in 40% new oak barrels. This 2015 La Serre is rich, brilliant purple in colour, with pure, fine fruitiness on the nose.   • Baron Philippe de Rothschild Mouton Cadet

    From an ample and fruit-driven attack, the mid-palate displays ripe red fruit flavours, especially wild strawberry and morello cherry, echoing those on the nose. The palate is round and complex, showing the excellence of its origins, while the smooth ans spicy finish lingers on attractive cumin notes with a touch of vanilla

  • Château Puy Laborde, Cordier

    Nearly opaque robe, hints of violet. Redcurrant on the nose, very grapey. Very primary. Somewhat peppery component. Alcohol is out of control here (14%) and poorly balanced, overshadowing other aspects of the wine. Not very interesting; a little spicey, a little plummy. Nothing superior about this superieur.

    Grenache 50%, Mourvèdre 25%, Syrah 25%. Fresh, crisp, small soft fruit and spices. Full-bodied, elegant, with mellow tannins, aromatic.

  • LE PARVIS CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE Ferraton Père & Fils

    Bright, deep garnet colour. To the nose is complex, aromas of morello cherries and plums, with hints of roasted coffee and cinnamon. Fine and smooth tannins. Fleshy and long-lasting wine.

    Cannonau (Grenache). It matures into an elegant and complex bouquet with a distinct aroma of violets. Warm, dry and harmonious, with plumy fruit flavours and oak overtones. It ages very well.

  • VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE Domini Veneti (Veneto)

    Corvina Veronese 65%, Corvinone 10%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara 5%. Well-balanced, full-bodied and velvet-smooth with the right tannin balance and acid strength.Can maintain its haracteristics for 5 to 8 years.

  • CAMPOFIORIN Masi (Veneto)

    Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%. Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara Modern styled wine from traditional Veronese grape varieties. Excellent with many dishes, from soup to grilled meats and also ideal with pasta dishes. It is fermented for 24 months in 80% in Slovenian oak barrels and 20% in Allier oak.

  • Bellamarsilia Morellino Di Scansano DOCG Bio Poggioargentiera

    Morellino di Scansano is the only DOCG wine of the Maremma, and it is surely the most famous name of this area of ​Tuscany. The climate here is Mediterranean, the wines have softer tannins, aromas of ripe red fruit (cherry,rather than sour cherry), some more evolved leather notes with age.

    A clear and brilliant ruby red in color, the wine shows aromas of ripe red fruit, floral as well, along with spicy and balsamic notes which add freshness and complexity to the wine. The palate is pleasurable, ample and creamy in the initial phase, not excessively muscular or concentrated; the ripe tannins are supple and lively. The length and persistence are underlined by a freshness and savor which,in their turn, add further drinking pleasure.
