Ta' Mena Agri Limited (San Raflu Valley), Gozo It presents a typical Gozitan character due to its island effect presenting traces of salt. It is pleasant on the palate thanks to a nice acidity and refreshing flavours with a good after-taste structure.

It presents a typical full bodied Mediterranean character with a very good after taste structure. The ‘Island Effect‘ characterised with traces of sea-salt is very present in this white wine.

This medium bodied white wine has distinct fruity aromas of citrus and apples bursting into zesty fruity flavours on the palette and ending with a pleasant lingering finish. It is excellent on its own or as an accompaniment to most fish, prawn and shellfish dishes.

Pale gold color, limpid and brilliant. Powerful nose, very strong aromatic nervousness asking to grow over the months. Fruity aromas, citrus fruits. Nice balance. Very long in the mouth. Very good evolution over the months. Goes well with fish, shellfish, or the famous goat cheese.

The colour is bright, straw yellow with greenish hints. It’s appreciated with all sort of apéritifs; it matches well with delicate flavors, delicate Parma ham, pasta or rice with vegetables ragout, as well raw fish in “carpaccio way” or gentle cooked with fresh aromatic herbs.
